If you have a question about a policy, practice or condition, please ask. It is important to address issues as they arise. In a three-shift operation it is vital to ensure communications are complete and that everyone is included. There are many ways Team Members and the Management Team communicate:
Start-Up Meetings
Short meetings held in each area at the beginning of each shift to keep Team Members up to date with current happenings and departmental opportunities.
Breakfast Meetings
Regularly scheduled meeting where randomly selected Team Members meet with management and a representative from Human Resources. This is your opportunity to discuss issues and/or concerns that are relevant to our workplace.
General Meeting
Regularly scheduled meetings facilitated by Senior Site Management to keep informed on areas ranging from announcements, task force updates and social club activities.
Task Force Meetings
Created for a specific period of time and to deal with a specific work-related matter. Team Member volunteers and management representatives work together to address issues, concerns and opportunities for improvement and to provide recommendations for resolution.
