A Message from the Director of Operations
We are the little company who grew. From our start up in an old retrofitted Brampton facility in 1994 to large, state-of-the-art distribution centres, we continue to grow because we understand, anticipate and respect our customers needs and provide exceptional service through commitment and continuous improvement.
Our three largest distribution centres (DCs) are each equipped with approximately 15km of conveyor and sophisticated technologies that together with merchandise flow planning and highly trained/engaged employees enable us to provide a “gold standard” service level.
Working closely with our customer’s buying and replenishment teams, ensures best in class store in-stock/quality/supply chain cost levels for general merchandise and grocery.
