Supply Chain Management Inc. was formed in 1994 by Tibbett and Britten PLC., to provide retail logistics services. In 2004, Tibbett & Britten PLC., was acquired by Exel PLC., making Supply Chain Management Inc. a member of the Exel Group of companies.
